Discover answers to common questions about Piranha Soap Co. products, subscriptions, shipping, and care. Find what you need quickly.

Shipping and Handling:  We ask that you give us 5 days to package and ship out your beautiful soap, we package with care and want to make sure you receive it as beautiful as it is. 

Allergies:  Even though some may have allergies to different products, we do list every ingredient in our product, please read carefully.

Pick up:  If you live on the Treasure Coast of Florida you are more than welcome to pick up your product. We will arrange a safe meeting place and time. 

Refunds:  Every refund is different, please reach out to us so we can determine such case.

Free Samples:  I sometimes do have samples, but watch for our OOPS sales where you can get 1 pound of soap for real cheap.

Cancelations: When an order has been shipped it can not be canceled, however we want to make it right, please contact us. 

Soap of the Month: Subscriptions are monthly and billed to the form of payment on file, you will be asked to provide allergies, and each order is shipped out on the 1st of the month.
